With a multimillion-dollar renovation underway, we embarked on developing a new brand identity that would capture the essence of Cordoba Doral’s new architectural-inspired designs, modern amenities, and idyllic oasis. BRANDING
Drawing inspiration from the architectural structures that define the city of Barcelona, our team strategically integrated arch patterns to symbolize the profound connection between the brand and its original benchmark location. We also transcended the brand’s color palette from hues that lacked inspiration to ones that reflect luxury and simplicity, portraying an upscale and sophisticated lifestyle to the brand.
DESIGN
Dedicated to bringing the visual identity to life, we designed an array of collateral including stationery, floor plans, 3D site maps, product packaging, display ads, signage, pamphlets, and rack cards to support the leasing efforts. By using neutral hues from the color palette and integrating overlapping arch patterns, we successfully showcased the brand’s elevated and refined approach, highlighting the brand’s essence.

Our web team crafted dynamic web page mock-up designs that served as a guide for their website home page layout. With a strong focus on user functionality and a visually appealing interface that captures the brand’s identity centered around comfort and convenience, we designed a website layout that resonates with their audience and delivers an exceptional user experience.
