FAQ
Every project is different, so we always like to schedule a branding intro call to discuss your specific needs first. While each project has its own timeline catered to you, we’d be able to start as soon as a week upon a contract agreement signature!
We want to know everything there is to know about your brand to build a roadmap for success. Once we get acquainted and see your brand through your eyes, we’ll schedule a branding kick-off call to discuss your project needs. From here we begin our research, set goals and KPIs to strategically grow your business and provide you with deadlines for each project. Upon sending deliverables for your review, we will schedule follow-up meetings to go over the project and discuss your feedback for revisions. Once final deliverables are approved, we provide you with the all final packaged files.
We understand that starting from any phase is an investment. Whether you’re building from scratch or have an opportunity to expand, we make payments easy for you. All projects will follow a two-stage payment schedule for each key deliverable, detailed as follows:
(1) A 50% non-refundable deposit payment for each key deliverable prior to start
(2) A final 50% payment due prior to the provision of final, high-resolution documents and files for each key deliverable.
Absolutely! Design and marketing are an investment and we always want to make that investment worthwhile for all of our clients. We are flexible and happy to discuss other payment plan options that work better with your budget.
