Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator should be a leader and doer who will constantly deliver amazing digital marketing experiences for both clients and internal initiatives. You will be a conceptual thinker and highly skilled in defining and executing marketing campaigns based on brand and creative strategy while developing solid client relationships and will direct and will work alongside the marketing team. You will be outgoing, engaged and have a passion for our industry as well as an insatiable desire to create, write, learn and explore emerging trends as well as align with our core mantra:

You are detail-oriented, have an eye for artful design as well as the ability to work within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously. You are responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns, social media strategies, and writing compelling content that builds brand awareness and drives user engagement, all while interacting directly with the client to achieve goals.

You will work in a team environment as well as independently, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and President. Responsible for copywriting, brand voice, brand research, influencer marketing, branding, digital and social media campaigns which include but are not limited to: research, campaign and content creation, marketing strategy, execution, monitoring and reporting. Knowledge of event management is a plus as you may be supporting select event productions and activations.

Some HTML/CSS & WordPress Knowledge a plus

Strong solutions-based communication skills

The creation and execution of (but not limited to):

  • Manage digital communications for agency clients to include social media, email campaigns, SEO and web maintenance working closely with the marketing, design and web teams to drive strategy and content updates;
  • Serve as thought leader in aligning digital marketing strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives and propose innovative campaigns to extend brand’s digital presence, optimizing traffic, increasing engagement and sales;
  • Provides team motivation and conveys the vision and values of the agency to clients;
    Involved in the creative brainstorming and meetings with teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and client Presentations;
  • Suggest promotional ideas and inspire technological solutions across digital platforms to include e-campaigns, social networks, SEO, and web;
  • Assist in scheduling and coding weekly email campaigns to selected databases;
  • Review campaign performance report results and analyzing for each client monthly to address client profitability and ROI on marketing strategies as well as suggest improvement strategies for the following month;
  • Develop strong, long lasting relationships between clients and the agency, providing expertise and insight on meetings of strategy, ideation, and execution;
  • Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients’ attention before they become larger issues, offering solutions to clients and advising them of any programming or report delivery delays;
  • Plan and develop compelling content to engage new and existing consumers via emotional storytelling, building buzz and brand equity. Work with copy, designers and outside talent as required to ensure content delivers desired reach and engagement;
  • Work with brand analytics to identify the most important audiences and best customers for the brand and tailor messaging;
  • Executes projects that are high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget;
  • Identify and research SEO keywords for clients to improve their web search results and implement keywords into the client’s websites to improve search ability;
  • Provide feedback to the web and branding team on work, copy, images, and layout, making sure grammar is correct and the work is being completed to the best quality.


  • Manages clients’ strategy, posts, reports, bi-weekly calendars, and advertising campaigns for social media accounts;
  • Create strategies and creative content to support all digital platforms;
  • Cultivate and proactively propose concepts for social influencers partnerships to gain brand exposure and drive reach;
  • Suggest creative ways to engage consumers online to drive brand conversations and consumer relationships, utilizing a brand-appropriate tone of voice;
  • Monitor all social channels and respond to questions, comments and related opportunities with speed and judgment. Escalate questions/issues to clients as needed;
  • On a regular basis, identify issues, patterns or trends in consumer interest and funnel information to the appropriate team members;
  • Deliver regular social media reporting and analytics to clients and be available to meet or consult clients on how to optimize strategies;
  • Perform social media training sessions as needed for client accounts;
  • Manage the social media advertising campaigns, budgets and invoicing with accuracy;
  • Keep abreast of competitive industry social media activities, reviewing and presenting internally to help teams stay educated and informed about the digital media landscape;
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing  Manager to communicate design needs and allow her to schedule/delegate;
  • Learn to serve as an internal expert on digital campaign metrics. Monitor and prepare reports with a focus on ROI. Test, adapt and recommend new approaches to optimize results;
  • Assist branding and web development team as needed with imagery sourcing to support outlets;
  • Assist branding team with conceptualizing and writing brand voice and taglines;
  • Assist with attending client and company events and to ensure client’s brand coverage is met;
  • Attending client photo and video shoots to ensure branding, messaging, and styling is aligned;
  • Assist in coordinating and capturing client photography needs for social media outlets as needed;
  • Assist in sourcing models, props, and wardrobe for client photography needs;
  • Always suggest strategies to improve The Brand Collective’s brand presence.
