The Rebrand
The Local House offers a quiet haven just a few miles down from a bustling atmosphere. Mere steps from the ocean, vacation like you are coming back to the town you grew up in. We were tasked to revamp the property’s look and merge both their restaurant and hotel under one brand. We captured the property’s relaxed yet playful essence through a unique logo design, organic textures, and bright color palette.

Our branding and design team worked with The Local House to introduce their warm, familiar atmosphere to those who are looking for a lush getaway away from all the noise. By using serene ocean colors along with the contrasting warmth, we embodied the property’s familiar ambiance to create the perfect identity. We showcased this identity throughout stationery, print collateral and a custom website.
